Someday

I'm going to be

walking outside

on a hot sunny day

feeling the breeze

dance across my face

Someday

I'll be on my way

to a new place

so excited to meet

new friends and have

new experiences

Someday

I'm going to

ride in a helicopter and

jump out of a plane

Someday

I'm going to

hold someone's hand

and try not to smile

while I make my way

to eternity

Someday.

but for now, I'll just worry about today.
