any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental

this is my, "don't cross me" face. i think this is the first time i have ever made it.
pet peeves.
We all have them, right?
Things that just really get under our skin.
They may be completely irrational to others, but they make so much sense in our minds, it kills us when we see others not abiding by the same rules.
I feel like my pet peeves are a good thing for other people to know. That way, when you're around me, you won't mess up, right? ha ha.
1. People not following through. I'm serious guys, this is number one for a reason. If you tell me you'll do something, then do it. In my mind, if you say it, you mean it. So I'm trusting you to keep your word. When people are flakey, or just downright lying about the follow through, it bugs me to no end. Don't say it if you don't mean it.
2. Using my things without asking. This is just a simple respect issue to me. It's not that I don't trust you with my things, or that I am overly possessive (sometimes I am, ok. haha) But honestly and truly, I feel so much more respected if someone takes a few seconds out of their day to just ask me. It shouldn't be that hard. That's all.
3. Being more dramatic than necessary. I know, I know. People talk about "drama" and how they "hate it" all the time. I don't hate drama. Drama is a part of life. I also don't go looking for drama. And if drama happens upon me, I certainly don't stay there long. See, what I'm saying here with being more dramatic than necessary is the whole dragging it out part. If you have drama, you have a problem. Solve it. Move on.

p.s. i feel like this was a negative post. tomorrow i'll post about things that people do that i love. that will counter it, right?
