“Mom!” Tommy yelled for his mother up the stairs.
Tommy’s mother came
running as quickly as she could. “Tommy, what is it?”
He could hardly
contain his excitement. “Mom! I’ve been chosen to be the first four year old on
the moon!”
His mother almost fainted with shock. "Tommy! Why did they choose
you?"
Tommy laughed at his mother and said, "I’m the only four year old in the
class who can tie his own shoes."
His mom said, "I’m going to have a talk
with your teacher."
Tommy was so excited about the moon expedition, he put on his space
helmet and flew around the room. "Zoom! Zoom Zoom! Mom, watch me zooming!"
His
mom frowned. "Tommy, come over here and eat your sandwich."
Tommy zoomed over to
the table and sat down.
"Tommy, you will need to take your helmet off to eat the
sandwich."
I love Elementary Education assignments sometimes.
p.s. i'm tired.
You definitely should write children's stories! Wednesday sounds perfect for Fun, Fit, Forever. Let me know what time and I'll be there!
ReplyDeletei don't know if a four year old would laugh at his mother. seems a little too mature.
