i promise i won't do it again...

I am very glad I have made it into the Elementary Education program. For more reasons than one! One of these reasons being that all my classes are chosen for me, and registering is a piece of cake. Back in the day, when I had to finish up my generals, and higher level weird stuff, I spent a lot of time looking through the class catalogue. It seemed to me that if I had to take those classes, they might as well be something interesting to me. I didn't want to take your run of the mill science or history classes. I wanted to be unique. Every time I've gone to register, I always remind myself that being unique as far as classes go is NOT a good idea! There was the SOIL 2000 debacle of Freshman year. The Political Thought In America problem of Fall Sophomore year, and Evolution in the spring. And without fail, I did it again for THIS semester by choosing History of the American West.
Honestly.
Will I ever learn?
After memorizing the 12 different soils, reading a large book by Alexis De Tocqueville, and writing numerous essays on evolution, which I strongly disagree with, you would think I'd stick to the basic, everyone-takes-this classes.
Now I'm stuck writing TEN essays for History of the American West. I've known about this assignment all semester. I knew about it the day the class started. I thought to myself, 'I don't want to write ten essays. Maybe I should drop this class.'
Ugh... Don't even get me started on my inability to quit things. I never give up. Ten essays, here I come.

p.s. Today I taught quidditch to a third grade p.e. class.
